Creative Work

My HSC Design and Technology Major Work entitled "EcoEcole - Green Learning" it what i consider my most creative and most challenging peice of work. The 1:20 scale working model is of an environmentally sustainable classroom or learning environment that incorporates passive solar design principles into a simple classroom design. The project uses ecologically sustainable materials (such as timbercrete bricks) and renewable energy sources (working 1:20 scale solar panels). The project itself can be used as a learning tool to teach younger generations about sustainable living and sustainable design. I was fortunate enough to have my project selected for the HSC DesignTECH exhibition at the Powerhouse Museum which has recently finished.
